The cost to have a new single or multi line installed with a BT telephone number. The engineering visit will be undertaken by BT on behalf of Entacall.
The minimum lead time for a new line install is 10-15 working days.
This is the cost to transfer an existing BT line to Entacall. The minimum lead time for a line transfer is 10-15 working days.

The minimum lead time for line changes is 3-10 working days.
The cost to convert an ISDN(digital) line to a PSTN line. The same procedures are taken as if this was a New line install.
The minimum lead time for a line conversion is 10-15 working days.
This is the cost to reactivate an inactive PSTN line. Please note that the customer is responsible for knowing the location of the line socket for the line that will be reactivated. However, with a time related charge (minimum of £100.00) an engineer can be sent out to find the line socket for you.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay a one off new line install fee of £98.00.
Additional facilities such as "call divert" can be added from as little as 67p per month.
