Associate Subscription Fee

If you have been approved as an associate then a PayPal subscriptions button will be visible on the top-right side of the page, simular to the image below:-

Can't see the payment button?

If you can not see the payment button then you need to create a site logon and tick the Associate check box. Someone should contact you within the following couple of days to discuss becoming an associate. Once approved the Associate subscription payment box will become visible.
